For sanitary and customer safety reasons, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any online purchases.
This policy helps ensure the health, hygiene, and safety of all our customers, as headwear cannot be resold once handled or worn.
This includes (but is not limited to):
• Incorrect sizing or fit
• Change of mind
• Color or style preference
• Delayed delivery
• Wear after receipt
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or incorrectly fulfilled, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

If approved, we will issue a replacement only. No refunds or exchanges will be provided.

Once an order has shipped, Sherel’s Hats is not responsible for:
• Carrier delays
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
• Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
